CEO of CIU of St. Kitts & Nevis’ Special Visit to RIF Trust

This month, Mr. Les Khan, CEO of the St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) made a special visit to the RIF Trust office in Dubai cementing a long and lasting relationship with our management team and our outstanding commitment to offering our clients the highest level of expertise with the St. Kitts Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program.

This was his first visit to our new office and our CEO, Mimoun A. Assraoui, introduced him to members of the team and took him through the office showing him the new layout and the impressive views of the Business Bay canal and Burj Al Arab in the distance. Mr. Khan also had the opportunity to sit down with the team to exchange feedback on the St. Kitts CBI program, whilst also taking the time to walk through the upcoming tweaks to the program.

The St Kitts CIU recently applied a change to the programs’ escrow policy, which has been implemented to protect clients and to ensure the legitimacy and longevity of the program for both the government and government approved agents worldwide.

During his visit, Mr. Khan also sat down with us for an interview, you can view it by clicking the following link.

“I have found that the organization, RIF and Latitude, to be one of a professional nature. I have had a history with all members of the management team of Latitude and RIF and, like I said before, it is important that I develop and continue to develop relationships with the RIF and Latitude team,” said Mr. Khan

Mr. Khan also said it was important for the CBI, himself and the government to understand where clients are and to understand where the demand lies. Above of all else, Mr. Khan stressed that it was important for him, as the Head of the CIU in St. Kitts & Nevis to maintain relationships with individuals like Mimoun and David of RIF Trust because St. Kitts & Nevis has been heavily supported by RIF in the past.
