David Regueiro

Chief Operating Officer

David Regueiro started his career in Ireland, working for Hewlett-Packard, and soon after took on a role at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan, aimed at supporting Spanish companies looking to grow and develop new businesses in Taiwan. David now leads RIF Trust operations from his home base in Dubai.

Between 2010 and 2015, David and his team at ACTi Corporation achieved the highest income in the company’s history, driving double-digit growth in all of its territories.

In 2015, he joined Mimoun Assraoui to grow RIF Trust Investments into a leadership position in Caribbean Citizenship-by-Investment Programmes and European Residency Programmes.

He is a Computer Science Engineer, member of the IMC and also part of the Spanish Business Council in the United Arab Emirates.

David Regueiro is fluent in Spanish and English and can also speak Portuguese and Mandarin.
