Kean Huat Chong is responsible for developing the Malaysian/Singaporean market. He is a chartered accountant and completed his professional qualifications as a certified chartered accountant while working with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Chung has spent nearly 20 years assisting more than a thousand clients with investment, and skilled immigration. Before that, he provided services to global immigrant investors at HSBC for over 10 years.

He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a Fellow Member of the Certified Tax Institute in Malaysia.
